• Custom measurements are rounded up to the next foot. For example, if you need a 14.5 ft handrail, please select 15 ft to place the order. Leave us a message for the specific length you want for your lighted railing.

• Once the order is placed, please send us the information below:

  • Wire Location: X inches from top/bottom end
  • Screw Type: drywall or wood screw

If any part of your handrail breaks or fails to function properly (electrically or structurally) within one year of delivery due to a manufacturing issue, we will promptly repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.
