Shipping Policy

At FoxChase Handrail, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your handrail arrives safely and on time.


1. Production Time + Shipping Time

  • All products are made-to-order. 

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Rush orders may be available upon request and subject to approval.

  • Additional information may be requested after your order is placed to ensure your handrail is made exactly to your specifications. Please respond promptly, as delays in your response may affect order processing. FoxChase Handrail is not responsible for such delays.

     

  • Once your handrail is completed, it will be shipped via a trusted carrier.

  • Delivery times is typically 6-8 weeks from the date you place the order. It may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Costs

  • A flat rate of $25 for all US locations.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated.


3. Damaged or Lost Items

  • FoxChase Handrail takes care to pack all items securely for transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair or replace the affected parts at no additional cost.

  • FoxChase Handrail is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.


4. Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
