Does the handrail need to be hardwired, or can it be plugged into an outlet?
The handrail is designed to be hardwired into your home’s electrical system.
Which voltage is the handrail designed to be hardwired to?
The handrail is designed to be hardwired to a standard 120V electrical line. It includes a built-in transformer that converts the power to 24V low voltage for the LED light strip, making it safe and efficient.
Is the handrail available in a battery-powered model?
Yes, we do offer a battery-powered option. This makes it possible for homes that don’t have electrical wiring near the staircase. Please note that the battery will need to be recharged from time to time, depending on usage.
Can I choose a color temperature?
Currently we only offer 2 color temperatures you can choose from: 3000K or 4000K.
Does the handrail require an electrician for installation?
We recommend hiring a licensed electrician along with a skilled carpenter to ensure the handrail is installed safely and securely. This helps guarantee proper wiring and a stable, professional installation.
