Each handrail is custom-made to your specifications, so delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know the status of your order.
Is the handrail covered against damage or failure?
Yes. We stand behind our quality with a 1-Year Warranty. If any part of your handrail breaks or fails to function (electrically or structurally) due to a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we will promptly repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.
What if the product is damaged during shipping?
We guarantee against shipping damage. If your handrail arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly ship you a replacement component at no cost to you.

Does the LED handrail need to be hardwired, or can it be plugged into an outlet?
The LED handrail is designed to be hardwired into your home’s electrical system.
What voltage is the LED handrail designed to be hardwired to?
The handrail uses a 24V low-voltage LED light strip and is designed to be hardwired to a 24V DC power supply (LED driver). The LED driver must be installed remotely by a licensed electrician and in accordance with all local electrical codes.
Is the LED handrail available in a battery-powered model?
Yes, we do offer a battery-powered option. This makes it possible for homes that don’t have electrical wiring near the staircase. Please note that the battery will need to be recharged from time to time, depending on usage.
Can I choose a color temperature?
Currently we only offer 2 color temperatures you can choose from: 3000K or 4000K.
